In this painting we see Mary Magdalene on the dashboard of a car, careening through an overcrowded city street. As the driver copes with the overstimulation of this life scene, he is guided by two visions. One is of the space ships in the rear view mirror, which gives the idea of the expanded consciousness of a cosmic perspective. The other is the figure of Mary on the dashboard, which is the guidance for clarity of vision of the earthly perspective. One dare not get in the car without her.
